Verifying income and employment in Encompass
Step 1
- Select a loan in Encompass.

Under Services:
- [Web] Select All Services and then Order Service. In the pop-up, click Verifications under Categories
- [SmartClient] Select Order Verifications.
- In the pop-up, select Argyle — Verification of Income/Employment under Providers. Then click Next/Submit.
Step 2
- Select your desired borrowers within Argyle's verification interface. Then click Continue.

Choose how borrowers are invited to connect their payroll accounts via Argyle.
** Email and SMS is recommended and generally provides the best overall response rate. - Select which Payroll documents and Argyle verification report(s) should automatically be pushed to eFolder. All payroll documents will be retrieved and available for manual review, and can be pushed to eFolder as needed. Verification reports can also be created at a later time.
- Click Submit.
Step 3
- Submitted orders will appear with a Sent status.
Step 4
- Upon submission, borrower(s) are sent an email and/or text invitation asking them to connect their payroll accounts.
- Borrowers are then directed to Argyle's payroll connection process in Argyle Link.
Step 5

The borrower's status will change to Connected after they successfully connect their payroll account(s) through Argyle.
** If the borrower's status remains Sent, after selecting View order an option to resend the original invitation to the borrower's email or an option to copy a URL that will directly connect the borrower to Argyle's payroll connection experience are available. -
Select View order to view Argyle reports and retrieved payroll documents.
** You can also view reports and documents in the Connections section of Console. Each borrower will have an external identifier that matches their Loan # on Encompass®.
Step 6

Reports and payroll documents are made available within the Argyle interface after a successful Connection.
- Initially ordered Argyle reports are automatically pushed to eFolder and available to view. Any additional reports requested will be available to Preview and push to eFolder as needed.

For Paystubs and W-2's selected in Step 2:

W-2's from the previous two years are automatically pushed to eFolder.
- Paystubs from the previous 30 days are automatically pushed to eFolder.
- Other W-2's and Paystubs are available to Preview and push to eFolder as needed.

For Paystubs and W-2's selected in Step 2:

Argyle maintains an ongoing connection to the borrower's connected payroll accounts and will continue to retrieve new data and documents as they become available.
- New payroll documents will automatically be forwarded and appear in the Argyle interface within Encompass®, and can be previewed and pushed to eFolder as needed.
- New verification reports can be generated and pushed to eFolder as needed with refreshed payroll data by selecting + New report.
Reconnections (VOE)
The logos of individual Payroll accounts will have small green circles that indicate if an ongoing connection has been maintained (filled green circle) or has been interrupted (outlined green circle). More information is shown upon hover.
To re-establish a lost connection, Resend the invitation to the borrower. The borrower will be able to enter Argyle Link and re-establish the connection in one click (no login credentials needed).
